ABOUT ALL STARS EVENT

With the successful launch of Off The Grid, Gunzilla is excited to launch All Stars 2024. A competitive streamer invitational bringing the biggest names in gaming together, to see who will be the first All Star team in Off The Grid. Featuring a $600,000 prize pool for the first event, which will be held in North America, this will be a must watch event.

Date & Time:

The event will be taking place fully online on the 20th of November 2024 at 12PM PST

Format:

All Stars 2024 will be played on the new next-gen Battle Royale game “Off The Grid”.

The 60 participants will stream the competition on their Twitch Channels (as well as re-streaming to other platforms at times).

Off The Grid will have its own Twitch Channel stream with event commentary from invited hosts and will feature participants streams.

Participants:

20 teams of 3 players will battle it out over a total of 6 games.

Each team will have a captain, who can pick the 2 other team members.

All of the participants need to have streaming Twitch accounts and be streaming regularly.

Prizepool Breakdown:

20 Teams will battle it out over 6 individual matches. Each match will feature its own prizepool of $90,000, for a total of $540,000, which will be distributed among the top 3 teams in each match:

1. $60,000
2. $20,000
3. $10,000

In addition, there will be a $60,000 prize pool for the top 3 players with the most eliminations across all 6 matches.

2. $20,000
3. $10,000

EVENT REQUIREMENTS

Participation Requirements:

Invite-only:

For the first Off The Grid All Stars 2024, Gunzilla will personally invite each competitor. In the future, there will be other opportunities for talented and dedicated players to make a name for themselves. Stay tuned to find out how!

Coverage:

Obligatory: To participate in All Stars 2024, creators agree to stream the entire All Stars event on your Twitch channel (additionally live streaming on Youtube, TikTok, X) on the 20th of November 2024 at 11:30 AM PST

Optional: help us to spread the news about All Stars event while:

• Posting about it on your social media
• Streaming your preparation for All Stars event (request PS5 PRO giveaway conditions from us to additionally attract and engage your audience on the preparation streams)
• Share the information with your friends

Stream Requirements:

• Be on time - start streaming at least 30 minutes before the event starts by 11:30 AM PST on November 20th, 2024.
• Stream full event - mandatory requirement and a reason for disqualification, if not fulfilled
• Pre-announce this competition on your social media
• Be prepared - we recommend to have at least 15 hours of gameplay in OTG
• Stay at the event and participate and stream from the beginning until the end - a reason for disqualification, if not fulfilled, including the cases if there were previous wins with prizes
• You work as a team towards success! Make sure your team members arrive on time and are prepared

Code of conduct:

In addition, all players agree to follow a code of conduct that follows the general principles of personal integrity, honesty, and good sportsmanship. They must be respectful of other players, employees, spectators, and sponsors.

Each player is expected to compete fairly to the best of their ability. Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the match will disqualify the team. This includes but is not limited to:

• Match Fixing
• Collusion
• Hacking
• Impersonation another player
• Allowing another player to play on your account
• Exploiting a game function or glitch
• Using outside assistance
• Unauthorized upload of files into the game
